I know the pain. It’s because I’ve been in your shoes. But I also know the joy of having people work together in harmony. Of having people embrace high standards, be psychologically safe, be diplomatically assertive and respectful.

I have over 45 years experience and I know what works and what doesn’t. I work in the areas of Leadership, Management, Customer Service, Personal Relationships and People Skills. I’m a speaker, trainer, coach and author.
