Mark d esigned, wrote and presented curricula for the Australian Hotels Association (a training manual and a participant manual on the Responsible Service of Alcohol), for staff of Federal Members of Parliament and Senators ('Dealing with Difficult People while Delivering Great Customer Service' - a 2-day introductory and a 2-day advanced program delivered across Australia), and for The Burnet Institute of Medical research (a detailed step-by-step 5 day training program for police in Vietnam, China, and Myanmar 'How best to deal with HIV-infected, drug affected and drug addicted people'); conducted original research and wrote reports for NSW Health )an examination of the outcomes of a parenting program) and the City of Sydney (towards a strategic direction for addressing drug and alcohol problems within the city).
