Some examples of Mark's experience as an employee (1975-2003)
There is a clear theme running through Mark's employment history and it's helping others develop Outstanding people Skills such as: how to communicate effectively whether it be one-on-one or to large groups; how to bring out the best in people; and how to deal with difficult people.
Mark has helped others develop these skills through role-modelling, mentoring, coaching and education programs. For example, while in Police, Mark was the co-designer, presenter and evaluator of the 7-day accredited program for Police "The Management of Alcohol Related Crime." Mark's employment history includes;
